Consistency, commitment, and integrity are qualities which  have elevated me to the highest level of personal success within the real estate industry over the past 37 years. Having sold hundreds of properties in Palmerston North, I have been recognised in national awards for Harcourts & the Professionals. For many years I was involved in Real Estate Management but now enjoy listing and selling residential and lifestyle properties within the region. I took up the challenge of real estate after a distinguished 21-year career in the NZ Army. On my retirement in 1987 I held the appointment of Regimental Sergeant Major of Linton Army Camp. My discipline and leadership skills transferred well into the real estate world. In 1997 I graduated from Massey University with a Diploma in Business Studies (endorsed in Real Estate). This qualification enabled me to gain Associate status within the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ). I served for many years on the local REINZ Committee and as a Board Member on the Real Estate ITO. In 2009 I was elected by the local REINZ members to the position of REINZ Ambassador Palmerston North and spokesperson for the region, a position I still hold.  In 2022 I was admitted as a Fellow Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand for my services to REINZ, which was a great honour. In November 2023 I was elected to the REINZ Board of Directors as the Director of Region 3 which covers Wellington, Wairarapa, Manawatu, Whanganui, New Plymouth and Hawkes Bay.  As an experienced professional I combine a wealth of knowledge with a caring, positive, and ethical attitude towards my clients, which is recognised by the high level of personal referrals and repeat business I receive.
